It's quite simple really. You can pay someone to do it. That usually costs around $25-$35 each wheel. Or you can do it yourself. I bought a small electric circular sander. This is what I have done so far. I didn't strip anything or prepare anything before I started. The wheels were fairly clean to begin with. What I started with. After 100 grit and 3 minutes. After 150 grit and 3 minutes. After 220 grit and 3 minutes. What it looks like currently. I also cleaned the inside. This usually doesn't take too long. I used the automotive grade Simple Green.
