It usually takes about two weeks to receive the products. All tools/parts/steps marked with an asterix (*) are only required for installation in a 1984 model. These tools/parts/steps may be skipped if you have a 1985 to 1989 model. Tools requires #2 Phillips screwdriver. * small hand saw Parts Needed Z-Tek Aluminum Door Sill Plates * 8 nylon hole nuts. Time Required About 15 minutes Steps Open door. Remove old screws (there are 4). * Remove door sill piece by pulling up starting at the rear. * Use mini hack saw to remove old nubs off bottom. * Place nylon nuts in holes. Depending on what kind you bought, you may have to glue these in place. * Replace door sill piece by pushing front under kick panel. Place Z-Tek Aluminum plate on top of door sill piece. Using supplied screws, screw door plates down. Repeat for other side.
